Welcome to Khiam Store for Hijab Clothing 🥰

Online shopping can be scary for some people, but we are here to make things easier for you 🤍

Our goal is to provide Egyptian products with respectable quality and suitable prices. Therefore, our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide an easy and comfortable shopping experience for all our customers.

Because we understand the problems that most people face when shopping online, and we also consider the different tastes of people in everything, whether in colors, patterns, or fabrics.

So when you place an order from our store, you can be completely confident that you are allowed to open the package and inspect the product upon delivery 🤍. Based on that, you can either receive it or return it with the delivery representative.

It is also possible to exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Delivery is within three days from placing the order, God willing.

Shipping is free when ordering 4 pieces or more from our products.

•
Partial delivery is not available. If the order contains more than one piece, the entire order must be received completely.

•
If any piece has a problem, it will be exchanged or returned through us, because the delivery representative who delivers your order is a representative of the shipping company and not our own representative, therefore they are not aware of the prices or details of the products they carry.

•
In case of refusing to receive the order while the shipping representative is present, shipping fees must be paid.

•
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.

If you face any problem during shipping or after receiving your order, contact us anytime, and we will solve it as soon as possible, God willing 🤍
